Modern Slavery Statement.
Prepared under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Last updated: 8 July 2026.
Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Rapideal has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our business or supply chain.
Our business
Rapideal operates a UK property auction platform. Our services are digital. We do not directly employ staff in high-risk sectors for modern slavery. Our supply chain is primarily software vendors (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and professional services (legal, accounting).
Our policies
We operate the following policies relevant to modern slavery and human trafficking:
- Acceptable Use Policy — prohibits use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Privacy Policy — handles personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR.
- Anti-Money-Laundering Policy — requires identity verification and source-of-funds checks.
Due diligence
We vet our suppliers and service providers. Our standard contracts require suppliers to comply with applicable law, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We have not, to date, identified any instances of modern slavery in our business or supply chain.
Training
Our team receives training on identifying and reporting suspected modern slavery or human trafficking in the context of property transactions (e.g. where a property is being sold by someone who may be a victim of exploitation).
Reporting concerns
If you have any concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with the Platform, email legal@rapideal.co.uk. Concerns can also be raised with the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
Approval
This statement has been approved by the directors of Rapideal Ltd for the financial year ending 2026.
