A transaction fee is charged only on legal completion. The fee is tiered by transaction type: - BMV (below-market-value, speed, repossession risk): £750 flat. - Standard vendor finance: 0.5% of the completed purchase price, capped at £2,500. - Specialist (equity release, home reversion, bridging exit, asbestos, ex-local authority): 0.35% of the completed purchase price, capped at £3,500. - High-value (£1m+): 0.35% of the completed purchase price, capped at £5,000. Buyers: subscription + per-transaction fee. Three tiers: - Browse: free, 1.0% transaction fee (min £500). - Investor: £149 per month, 0.75% transaction fee (min £500). - Portfolio: £349 per month, 0.50% transaction fee (min £500).
