ABOUT HOME REVERSION: A home reversion is a transaction where you sell all or part of your property to a buyer in exchange for a lump sum, regular income, or a combination of both. You retain the right to live in the property rent-free for life — or until you move into permanent care. The buyer becomes the legal owner but has no right to occupy the property while you remain.

PRICING: Because the buyer is taking on lifetime occupancy risk, the price they pay is typically 20–40% below the property's open market value. The exact discount depends on your age, health, property value, and the percentage of the property being sold. Rapideal will provide a free indicative assessment.

EXCLUSIVITY — 12 MONTHS: For 12 months from submission, Rapideal is your exclusive introduction agent for this property on a home reversion basis. You will not instruct another agent or approach buyers introduced by Rapideal to circumvent this Agreement. If a buyer introduced by Rapideal completes a home reversion transaction on this property within 12 months, no success fee is payable by the Seller — the transaction fee is charged to the buyer as per the buyer's subscription tier.

SELLER FEES: Listing on Rapideal is free for Sellers. There is no success fee, no introduction fee, and no charge deducted from your sale proceeds or reversion payment. Rapideal earns from buyer subscriptions and transaction fees charged to buyers only.
