Referral Commission Structure

Conveyancing referral (fixed-fee) 20% of conveyancer fee — paid by provider
Survey / valuation referral 20% of survey fee — paid by provider
Property photography referral 25% of shoot cost — paid by provider
EPC certificate referral 20% of EPC cost — paid by provider
Property management referral 10% of management fee — paid by provider
