How Rapideal works

Sellers
List a property. £500 deposit held by Rapideal; refunded on completion, retained only on seller pullout.
Buyers
Place sealed bids. Pay 1.5% completion fee only on a winning offer you accept.
7 days + sprint
Auctions run 7 days. Last hour is the sprint window — bids are flagged in-sprint; the close time is fixed.
Solicitors
Each party registers their solicitor before admin can confirm the deposit.
